Pool Construction Crew

Full-Time · Seasonal

Work alongside our experienced construction team building custom in-ground pools. Physical work outdoors — digging, forming, plumbing, and finishing.

Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
Valid driver's license
Construction or trades experience a plus
Team player with a strong work ethic

Pool & Spa Service Technician

Full-Time

Perform maintenance, repairs, and openings/closings for residential pool and spa customers. You'll be the face of Wilkes in customers' backyards.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license — you'll drive a company vehicle
Customer service mindset
Pool/spa experience preferred but will train the right person

Showroom Sales Associate

Part-Time / Full-Time

Help customers find the right pool, spa, or supplies in our Montoursville showroom. Product knowledge training provided — enthusiasm and friendliness required.

Friendly, outgoing personality
Retail or sales experience a plus
Interest in pools, spas, or home improvement
Flexible availability including Saturdays
